Well! So much for reducing my beauty spending. I have done so compared to recent years but i intend to get it down further. Until then; here are my latest beauty products i just couldn’t resist.
Bobbi Brown Long Wear Cream Eyeshadow, Pink Stone.
I do love the BB cream eyeshadows. This one interested me because it is a mid brown tone with a pink undertone. A really nice shade and BB herself, does natural shades so well.
I liked this one in particular; (although the new collection is all beautiful) because it’s going to work with many shades i already own and use.
Bobbi Brown Blush Brush.
I love BB brushes. I have owned a few of hers for a few years now and they wash brilliantly and go back into shape.
I wanted a new one because i love the larger, more dense packed head of this and the natural hair.It is also less likely to splay but we’ll see. It does feel quite soft on the cheeks and is great quality for its price.
Charlotte Tilbury. Fallen From The Lipstick Tree, Hot Lips Lipstick. Liv It Up.
You’ve got to love CT. She is the queen of marketing and self publicity and why not!
I had never tried any of her lipsticks and thought the new collection was an ideal way to try them out.
The collection is named Hot Lips and is all about the lipsticks CT has created for famous celebrities she has worked with. Some celebrities include; Kate Bosworth, Nicole Kidman, Helena Bonham Carter, Liv Tyler; etc.
One pound from each lipstick sold, goes to women’s charities across the UK, which is a nice touch.
I bought Liv it up. The one created for Liv Tyler. It’s a nude-ish, light pink and ideal for wearing with a darker eye.
I love the retro rose gold packaging of the lipstick and the pair of lips printed into the lipstick itself. Very nice touches.
I will get back to you with how they all work out.
Take care and i will see you all soon. 😉
